Physical therapy is a healthcare profession that seeks to reduce disability and pain associated with physical impairments caused by injury, surgery, and various medical conditions. The goal of physical therapy is first to relieve pain and swelling, and then to teach patients to practice preventive strategies for reducing their risk of future pain.
Physical therapists use non-invasive techniques such as exercise, spinal adjustments, massage, heat/ice therapy, ultrasound therapy, and more.
I was in a boot for 5 weeks and I felt out of alignment. Was recommended to Dr. Holland by friends and he is great! The staff here are so kind and they always remember your name. I've never had to wait and seems if people are constantly coming in. They are perfect for a quick adjustment! Will be back when needed!
"Big shout out to dr Howard, dr z & Miss Molly at the downtown office! They always provide fast service and I walk out feeling better. I'm glad they reminded me that one hour of parking in the Schnucks Culineria garage across the street is free with any one purchase. Awesome chiropractic office in downtown St Louis!"
